COSCO Fire Protection Inc. will be performing the Annual Fire Alarm System Testing throughout the Harbor Club property on December 16 – December 19 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
Please note that the following may occur on these days: The fire alarm in each tower will intermittently be sounding and tested. COSCO will turn off the alarm as soon as possible for minimal disturbance. Hallway doors will close as a result of alarm testing, simply push them open; The elevators may be recalled throughout the day, please expect delays.
Please do not panic or call 9-1-1 unless you experience an actual emergency. In an actual emergency, you will be notified through the loud speaker to evacuate the property.

If you are in need of immediate assistance for a building related emergency (flood or breach of security to the property) please contact the front desk. Otherwise, staff will respond to all inquires upon their return on Monday, December 2.
The front desk staff will be onsite to assist with the daily operations of the Association.
