Annual Fire Alarm Testing

COSCO Fire Protection Inc. will be performing the Annual Fire Alarm System Testing throughout the Harbor Club property on December 16 – December 19 from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Please note that the following may occur on these days:
 The fire alarm in each tower will intermittently be sounding and tested. COSCO will turn off the alarm as soon as possible for minimal disturbance.
 Hallway doors will close as a result of alarm testing, simply push them open;
 The elevators may be recalled throughout the day, please expect delays.

Please do not panic or call 9-1-1 unless you experience an actual emergency. In an actual emergency, you will be notified through the loud speaker to evacuate the property.

If you are in need of immediate assistance for a building related emergency (flood or breach of security to the property) please contact the front desk. Otherwise, staff will respond to all inquires upon their return on Monday, December 2.

Go Paperless!

The Board would like to encourage all homeowners to go paperless on monthly Association assessment statements! Not only is it good for the environment but it also reduces printing and mailing costs to the Association. You can get your statements emailed to you instead!
Simply sign-in to your account at and select “Sign Up Today!” for eStatements.

Parking Space Rule Enforcement

This is a friendly reminder to all of our residents to be sure you park in your own space and that your vehicle fits within the painted lines. We have seen an increase of vehicles in the garage so it is imperative that everyone follow these rules in order to ensure residents can safely get in and out of their parking spaces; these rules will be enforced by the Association. Per the Rules & Regulations

“Vehicles are not to extend beyond the boundaries of the marked space.

Any vehicle wrongfully parked in any resident’s reserved parking space, or any vehicle that is parked in an unauthorized or un-designated location, may be towed away at the violator’s expense. The resident is responsible to request towing services. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CALL FOR A TOW TRUCK, YOU MUST REQUEST A TRUCK THAT DOES NOT EXCEED THE HEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 6’ 10”. “


The Harbor Club Emergency Handbook was recently updated and emailed to residents with updated information. A copy of the Emergency Handbook is available to homeowners by logging onto the website and is located in the Emergency Handbook folder. Please be sure you are familiar with the procedures in case of an emergency.

If you are in need of assistance by first responders in an emergency, please complete the included Emergency Evacuation Assistance form and return it to Management. A copy of the form is also available on the website or by contacting Management.
